Specification :

Structure : RCC Framed Structure with columns, beams and slabs with brick walls.

Doors : Flush door with Team wood frame for main door and country wood frames for other             doors.

Window : Wooded frames with glass shutters.

Flooring : Ceramic tiles flooring.

Bathroom : Cermaic tiles upto 7' height.

Kitchen : Cuddapha cooking platform with ceramic tiles upto window level and cuddapha
              sink. Open cupboard and loft, tow concealed waterline, one for borewell water
              another for palar water.

Additional Points : Mixi / Grinder points. Aqua guard point and washing machines point will
                           be provided.

Bed Room : Open cupboard and loft. One bedroom will be provided with A/C telephone and
                  cable T.V points.

Painting : (i) Cement paint for walls.
              (ii) Synthetic paints for doors and windows.
